| LICENSING AND BONDING |
The State of Florida does not have specific licensing and bonding requirements for the collection industry. However ACS is a collection agency which is registered with the State of Florida Department of Banking And Finance. ACS as a member of the American Collectors Association, and the Florida Collectors Association maintains and adheres to those associations bonding requirements. In addition, ACS maintains various other insurance policies protecting the client from errors and omissions and fraudulent activities of our employees that may go undetected by our controls and policies that are in place to protect your interests.
These factors should be critical factors in evaluating any collection agency. ACS maintains appropriate bonding and insurance to create and maintain customer confidence.
